T. J. Kanczuzewski is a founding member of Inovateus Solar LLC and has been with the company since 2007. As President, Mr. Kanczuzewski currently oversees the companies operations, sales, development and administration. During his time at Inovateus, the company has been successful in the deployment of photovoltaic projects throughout the U.S. as well as international distribution sales. In 2010 on behalf of Inovateus Solar, he accepted the Indiana University Sustainability Award and the Indiana Companies to Watch Award by Governor Mitch Daniels. Mr. Kanczuzewski was recently honored as a 2013 “Forty under 40” recipient for northern Indiana and southwest Michigan. Under Mr. Kanczuzewski’s leadership, Inovateus was recently ranked #18 for the 2014 Best Places to Work in Indiana by the Indiana Economic Development Corporation. Prior to his career at Inovateus Solar, Mr. Kanczuzewski worked for General Growth Properties in Chicago, IL. He graduated from Columbia College in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management.
